Siesta MTN Butchery provides fresh meat products and related services. These terms apply to all sales and deliveries made by Siesta MTN Butchery. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  1. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. While we do our best to keep stock levels accurate, certain cuts or items may become unavailable. In such cases, we may offer a suitable replacement for the unavailable item.

  1. Pricing

All prices are listed in Rands and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time your order is placed.

  1. Orders

Orders can be placed via our website, phone, or in-store. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation. Please check all details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

  1. Payment

Payment must be made in full before delivery or collection. We accept cash, card, EFT. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

  1. Delivery

We offer delivery within JHB CBD. Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume. While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order. Please see our Delivery Page for more details.

  1. Freshness and Storage

All products are prepared and packed to maintain freshness. Customers are responsible for proper storage (refrigeration or freezing) upon delivery to ensure product safety and quality.

  1. Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory order, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement as appropriate. See our Refund Policy for full details.

  1. Customer Information

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information. We respect your privacy and will only use your details to process your order and communicate with you about our products and services.

  1. Liability

Siesta MTN Butchery shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the local courts.
